Here's some FAQ that might help you

Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

If the unfortunate happens and your products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them to us at bettyhula@bettyhula.co.uk. We will get in touch with you to clear up all the details.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We pack and ship all orders within 24hrs, and orders placed in the morning go out the same day. Standard Royal Mail 2nd class delivery usually takes around 3-5 business days. We offer 1st class Royal Mail, and if you really need to make sure your parcel arrives the following day we use a courier service (Parcelforce or UPS). Please note that the cut off time is 12noon for orders to be placed for arrival the following day.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
