Credit/Debit cards with Stripe or Paypal (or through Paypal themselves if you have an account with them).
• Shipping in the UK -all purchases under £25 will be subject to £3.25 p&p and for purchases over £25 shipping (2nd Class) is free.
• For 1st Class post (usually next day but not guaranteed) all orders will cost £3.95. Please note that these orders must be received before 1pm.
• To receive your order by 'Signed For' post (next day delivery) all orders will cost £5.50. Please note that these orders must be received before 1pm.
Shipping for Mainland Europe TRACKED - All purchases under £25 will be charged at £10. Purchases over £25 will be charged at £7.50
Shipping is tracked for all other countries will be charged at £12 for purchases under £25. Purchases over £25 will be charged at £9
UK 2nd Class deliveries should take no more than 3 days. Mainland Europe no more than 7 days and all other Countries no more than 10 days.
Betty Hula Products
All Betty Hula products are produced in the UK and are in accordance with all EU legislation in reference to the production and retail of skincare products
Betty Hula products are produced utilising natural ingredients. Where possible Betty Hula sources and fairly traded and organic ingredients.
All Betty Hula products are dermatologically tested.
At no point are Betty Hula products or ingredients tested on Animals.

Returns within 14 days of purchase
Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event goods are found to be faulty within 14 days of purchase please feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We do require that you email us prior to returning the goods. We are unable to provide this service for products where faults have been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear
You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. If you are returning a faulty or damaged Product(s), we will refund the cost of returning your order provided that you supply us with a delivery receipt
Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items
Refunds for Products given as a gift can only be given to the original purchaser
Returns beyond 14 days
You do have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. We do require that you contact us prior to returning goods. In order to ensure that the return can be processed, please keep all the information that accompanies your item. This will be needed should there be a fault
Delivery Discrepancies / Damaged in Transit
Please check all orders carefully on receiving them. If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit or if there is an order discrepancies, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving goods
Once you have emailed us and received an authorisation number please follow the procedure below to ensure your return is dealt with efficiently:
